Personal Holiness Pt. 2 …….. Holy in GODS Mind!

PERSONAL HOLINESS PT.2 – IN GODS MIND

So as I said in my first of this series, HOLY means to be seperated from something to something else!
Another example of HOLY is a good one. This is where God called out to Moses and appeared to him as a burning bush in the desert. So what happen here?

4 And when the LORD saw that he turned aside to see, God called unto him out of the midst of the bush, and said, Moses, Moses. And he said, Here am I. 5 And he said, Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.
Ex 3:4-5 (KJV)

This is an example of taking something not any different from any other ground , but God seperated it to himself and called it Holy Ground. Because God was there in its midst! Now I hope you are following me here so far. Say you understand ! OK! Now this piece of land was no different in nature than any other around it , but this! In GODS mind it was Separated or HOLY in Gods mind and thinking! Are you following me here? GOD seperated it in his mind and thinking and made it for His purpose and use! I hope that helps you understand this? Now continue with me here, as soon as God revealed His purpose to Mose , and left , this same piece of Earth was not separated and Holy anymore because God left and His purpose for it was done! It returned to a regular piece of desert!

Back in the old testament , this should help you understand this even more. The high priests would choice a knife to sacrifice a lamb or sacrifice . There would be a room in the temple separated for only the high priests to enter . And the place where God was present only. Now this should make this a little more easy to understand here. The KNIFE, ROOM, PLACE where God was only allowed were seperated for worship and Gods purpose so these were considered HOLY ! You following me now? Say you take the Knife out of the Temple and used it for everyday use then it would no longer be holy unto God or seperated for his service! It would just be a common knife like all the rest! Now wrap your mind around this. There was a thing called the Ark of the Covenant this was HOLY in the inner room that was HOLY . God told everyone not to even touch it. It was moved for some reason to a place once in the old testament. They carried it on poles not by hands. But something happened, it began to fall and one man tried to catch it from falling . Which was a big NO NO ! God said do not touch it! Guess what ? THAT MAN DIED ! THE ARK was HOLY forbidden to be touched because God made it HOLY! Enough said!

So having said all that how does a person become HOLY in GODS MIND which this is all about this time? YOU NEED TO LISTEN VERY CAREFULLY BECAUSE THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO BE HOLY IN GODS MIND!! NOT MANY WAYS as some people will try to tell you or say ! ONLY ONE WAY!!!!! THIS is the most important step in being a person of HOLINESS . IF YOU MISS THIS , nothing else matters or counts ! YOU miss this one you spend eternity in Hell , with the unholy !!

God says this :
10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. 11 He came unto his own, and his own received him not. 12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: 13 Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. 14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
John 1:9-14 (KJV)

God says this, if you believe ( put your faith and trust in by faith) His son Jesus Christ, as a person would who puts on and trusts a parachute knowing that when they jump from the plane or (into eternity at death) ,then and only then you will given the power to be sons and daughters of God the Father! This is a promise of God! His word says it!!

The Bible says :
36 He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him.”
John 3:36 (NKJV)

This verse can not get any more simple to understand ! Put your faith in Jesus Christ Gods Son Why? Because We are sinners and need a Saviour , and this is GODS PLAN not mine for SALVATION! There is NO OTHER WAY PERIOD!

I am only going to say this one time! WE ARE ALL SINNERS, some of us like me have sinned Mountains of sins. We all need a Savior and God says His son Jesus is the absolutely ONLY WAY TO GOD THE FATHER ! Not my rules but GOD our creators rules!.

23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God;
Romans 3:23-25 (KJV)

This verse says how you are made HOLY in GODS MIND !

WHEN you place your faith and trust in Jesus , this verse says the Jesus was the propitionation ,
(THE only sacrifice that God would accept for the sins of the whole world) . BY faith in Jesus blood and what he did for you on that cross , God declares YOU MY FRIEND RIGHTEOUS for the forgiveness of your sins! Isn’t that Good News?

THat is HOW YOU ARE HOLY , SEPERATED in GODS MIND from being a child of his wrath( or a child of the devil) to being HIS CHILD! YOU are now HOLY in his eyes seperated from the UNHOLY who reject JESUS. When GOD sees you now after you ask Him to save you by faith in Jesus, God sees the blood of Jesus Christ covering your sins ! Praise the LORD amen!
